Client Brief
This specification sheet is based on an initial meeting with Robert Richman on Tuesday 11th Oct 2022.
And a subsequent meeting with Rob & Nicole on Monday 31st October 2022, & on Wed 16th Nov 2022.
This spec is based on the original plan although the client has provided a new upstairs layout which he is aware will impact on certain prices below.
We have compiled this job spec based on your current requirements however, should you wish to make any amendments post project commencement, these will be detailed in an additional services sheet with the relevant additions / subtractions to the price.
Due to the on going pandemic and the subsequent issues to the global supply chain, we will endeavour to make the client aware at the earliest opportunity of any price increases to materials which cannot be reasonably absorbed within the original contract price.
If Asbestos is found during the contract this is chargeable, for safe removal and disposal by Approved Asbestos Contractors.
We have provided a nominal figure for the number skips required to complete the job, however should more be required this will be at the client's cost.
